Please remember these are handmade items, and like any handmade item they need to be handled with care! This is why we call them art rugs.
Light vacuuming is ok as long as you don't use a heavy duty vacuume (ex: dyson or shark.) We don't recommend using a vacuum with a brush roller as it might create a "fuzzy" look.
handheld vacuums are best and lint rollers for wall hangings.
DO NOT wash your rug in a machine and NEVER tumble dry it as this could destroy your rug. We recommend if needed carefully wiping with a damp cloth.
